Description

Moondance is located on the Dutch side of the islands within a short three-minute drive of Dawn Beach. Set hillside, it overlooks the ocean and the beach and offers wonderful views of the neighboring island of St. Barth in the distance. Newly constructed, the home offers a lovely living area simply furnished in teak and a comfortable loveseat. Adjacent to the living area is the beautifully tiled kitchen with breakfast bar. An adjoining bedrooms is furnished in teak as well and offers a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A series of French doors lead from the kitchen and living areas out to the covered deck area furnished with teak lounge chairs and a teak dining table overlooking the private plunge pool. The second bedroom is accessed via an exterior staircase from the pool deck and leads to the additional king sized bedroom with private deck.
